Description

The Miller College of Business is accepting applications to fill future part-time faculty positions to teach undergraduate and graduate courses as needed at its Muncie campus and Indianapolis Centers. Teaching opportunities may be available in the following course/program areas listed below: accounting, business education, economics, finance, human resource management, international business, information systems, insurance and risk management, management, marketing, operations management, and sales. Minimum qualifications: master's degree; relevant work experience; managerial and/or professional experience within the last five years in the discipline the applicant intends to teach; evidence of good communication skills. Preferred qualifications: teaching experience at the post-secondary level; experience teaching online and/or blended courses (face to face and online). Competitive salary based on per credit teaching assignment. Applicants' credentials will be kept on file for 24 months with the option of renewal. Selected applicants may be called on short notice to fill part-time teaching vacancies on a term-by-term basis. Positions may be available for summer, fall, and spring terms and typically start at the beginning of an academic term. The business and accounting programs of the Miller College of Business are accredited by AACSB-International.
