Description
Include teaching assigned classes under the supervision of the area dean, and in cooperation with the division representative; maintaining standards of professional conduct; participating in course and curriculum design; development and delivery of on-line courses; student advisement, including club advisor; development and operation of grant-funded projects; participating in program review, student learning outcome development & assessment; serving on staff/college/district committees and contributing through appropriate committee assignments; develop and grow business programs for the community and Indian tribal organizations; preparing proposed class schedules each semester; otherwise fulfilling all of the duties and responsibilities of instructors as required. Duties may include assignments in a variety of instructional settings, modalities (including on-line), and times--including evenings, weekends, and may be on any of the North Centers campus sites (Madera, Kerman, Oakhurst, or Willow/International). Organizing and teaching classes in the business department which may include, but is not limited to, accounting, business communications, business & finite math, statistics for business, business management, careers in business, human resource management, introduction to business and marketing, but with a primary focus on building the accounting program at the Madera Campus
