Central Michigan University seeks qualified part-time temporary instructors to teach the following Food and Nutrition Studies course:

FNS 370 Nutrition
Requirements:
A Masters degree with at least one degree in human nutrition or dietetics and status as a Registered Dietitian is required. Earned doctorate with at least one degree in human nutrition, dietetics, or closely related field and evidence of previous teaching effectiveness is desired.
Requirements for RD status can be waived if applicant has an earned doctorate with at least one degree in human nutrition, dietetics, or closely related field.
The successful candidate will teach adult students in classes offered on alternating weekends or one night a week for eight weeks. A generous stipend is paid plus reasonable travel expenses incurred with the teaching of the course.
