Description
Central Michigan University seeks qualified part-time temporary instructors to teach the following courses:
Courses: (Michigan Locations)
SOC 223 Urban Structures and Change
Requirements:
An A.B.D. in Sociology and course work relevant to the course topic is required. A Ph.D. is preferred. Experience working with adult students is desired.
Course: (Michigan Locations)
SOC 323 Racism and Inequality
Requirements:
A Ph.D. in Sociology and graduate-level course work, research experience, or teaching experience relevant to the course topic is required.

SOC 411 The Family
Requirements:
A Ph.D. in Sociology and graduate-level course work, research experience, or teaching experience relevant to the course topic is required. Experience working with adult students is desired.
The successful candidate will teach adult students in classes offered on alternating weekends or one night a week for eight weeks. A generous stipend is paid plus reasonable travel expenses incurred with the teaching of the course.
