Description

Central Michigan University seeks qualified part-time temporary instructors to teach the following Master of Science in Administration courses:


Course: (Multiple US Locations)        
MSA 600        Administrative Research and Report Methods
Requirements:
A PhD, DBA, or equivalent is required. Demonstrated ability to teach at the graduate level. Ability to apply research methodology and skills to research and is actively involved in projects or utilizing research methodology techniques in a daily operation.
Location: Kalamazoo, Michigan and Other Michigan Centers

Course: (Michigan)
MSA 634         Managerial Accounting Concepts
Requirements:
PhD in Business Administration with a major in Accounting or Finance preferred, and documented evidence in consulting activities or work experiences that are application oriented and documented experience in graduate level instruction. PhD or DBA in Managerial Accounting, Finance and/or Managerial Economics and/or MA or MS in Business Administration related area or substantial academic course work in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent work experience will be considered. The combination of an MBA and CPA are considered equivalent to a PhD.

The successful candidate will teach adult students in classes offered on alternating weekends or one night a week for eight weeks.   A generous stipend is paid plus reasonable travel expenses incurred with the teaching of the course.

The University does not cover sponsorships to the United States and/or relocation expenses for temporary/part-time courses.
